1. Introduction and Acceptance

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as your uk9 account. uk9 does not accept third-party deposits. When depositing, please note the following:

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes. Delays may occur during bank maintenance windows.
• uk9 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once wagering activity has commenced on those funds.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance team within 1–3 business days during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account held in your own name and matching your registered details. uk9 may require full KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal above ৳10,000. Withdrawals remain subject to any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses claimed. Funds that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the rollover is complete.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

10. Amendments and Termination

uk9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct detrimental to the platform, other users, or the integrity of our services. Upon termination, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed and returned subject to full compliance with our verification and withdrawal procedures.
